Upon tapping the Next Round button, the quiz screen smoothly transitions to the next round. The question count updates from Round 6 of 7 to Round 7 of 7, while the option cards slide horizontally to reveal the new comparison pair, and the primary action button resets to its initial disabled Guess state.
