When the user taps the 'Start Workout' button inside the 'Legs' bottom sheet, the sheet quickly slides down out of view, briefly revealing the background template screen. Immediately after, the active workout session screen slides up from the bottom of the viewport with a smooth, springy ease-out transition, establishing a clear hierarchy and transition from preparation to active tracking.
