Strong Menu Interaction

This interaction demonstrates a nested menu navigation pattern within a workout app. When a menu item with a sub-menu is tapped, the main menu content slides out to the left and fades, while the sub-menu content slides in from the right and fades in. Crucially, the dark menu container dynamically and smoothly morphs its height to match the height of the incoming sub-menu content. Tapping the back button reverses this animation, sliding the sub-menu out to the right and sliding the main menu back in from the left, with the container height resizing accordingly.
