On the notification permission onboarding step, a mock permission dialog is presented to prime the user. To guide their attention, a hand-drawn white arrow positioned beneath the 'Allow' button continuously pulses, scaling up and down while subtly changing opacity. Once the user interacts by tapping the 'Continue' button, the native iOS system permission dialog slides up smoothly from the bottom of the screen.
