When the user taps the ellipsis button in the top row of the calculator, a secondary menu containing advanced functions and variables expands downwards. The background keypad buttons instantly dim and blur, shifting focus entirely to the newly revealed grid. The menu itself scales up slightly and fades in with a smooth, springy easing. Dismissing the menu reverses this transition, with the advanced keys shrinking and fading away while the main keypad crisply blurs back into sharp focus.
