When the user taps the central blue floating action button, the background screen smoothly blurs out to create depth. The plus icon spins and morphs into a close button at the bottom of the screen. Simultaneously, four colorful menu items slide up from the bottom in a staggered sequence, settling with a subtle spring bounce. Tapping the close button reverses the transition, clearing the blur and collapsing the menu items back down.
