The current category scales down into a card, while other language cards slide up from the bottom with a staggered spring animation. As the user scrolls vertically through this list, the cards dynamically tilt and rotate based on scroll velocity. Selecting 'Dutch' expands the card back to full screen, seamlessly updating the main view's theme, illustration, and list items.
