When the user taps the playback speed button, a bottom sheet slides up to reveal a custom ruler-style speed slider. Dragging horizontally scrubs through speed increments with the ruler ticks sliding dynamically, while the main speed readout updates in real-time, changing to Spotify's signature green when modified. Quick-select buttons at the bottom allow the user to instantly snap to common speeds, triggering a swift horizontal slide of the ruler to the new position. Dismissing the menu slides the bottom sheet back down.
