When the page settings panel is opened, it slides up from the bottom as a bottom sheet. Simultaneously, the main canvas preview scales down and moves upward to remain fully visible. Within the settings panel, sliders can be scrubbed to adjust values like gap spacing and layout effects. As the user drags the slider handle, a green pill-shaped tooltip badge floats directly above the handle, dynamically updating its text or numerical value in real-time. When the settings panel is dismissed, it slides down, and the canvas smoothly scales back up to its original size.
