As the finger drags over a bar, the corresponding bar highlights in a vibrant green while the others dim. The text dynamically updates from the overall average rating (e.g., '4.7 stars') to the specific count (e.g., '191 reviews') with a smooth crossfade and layout transition. Upon releasing, the chart smoothly animates back to its default state, and the text reverts to the overall star rating.
