When the user taps or scrubs through the vertical list of cities, the interface dynamically updates to reflect each location's current weather. The background color bar morphs fluidly between vibrant warm oranges, cool greens, and dark rainy tones. Simultaneously, a vertical timeline of weather icons slides and staggers into place, scaling up to indicate the hourly forecast. The selected city text scales up and brightens, while the weather description text fades out and morphs to display the new temperature and conditions.
