The interaction begins when the user taps the Caffeine card on the dashboard. A bottom sheet smoothly slides up from the bottom of the screen with a spring-like deceleration, dimming the background. Inside the sheet, users can adjust their caffeine intake using a stepper. Upon tapping 'Add', the bottom sheet slides down and out of view, while the Caffeine card on the main dashboard instantly but smoothly transitions its value from 0 mg to 125 mg, changing its status indicator from green ('Excellent') to blue ('Ok').
