As it enters, all existing user rows, including their avatars, names, and XP, slide down by one position. Crucially, the rank number badges (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) remain anchored in their static vertical positions, meaning the user rows transition through these rank gates. The active user's highlighted background container smoothly slides down from the 3rd to the 4th position, clearly communicating their change in standing.
